Because all items are custom made and personalized just for you, Iâm unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been started.
However, I understand that mistakes can happen. Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as production has not yet begun. After this time, cancellations are no longer possible due to the personalized nature of each piece.
